    Linda's Ranch Potatoes

    List of Ingredients




    8-10 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into bites size cubes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    salt and pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes until done. Drain. Mix sour cream, and dressing mix. Pour over potatoes. Add butter, and mix well. Heat about 5 more minutes. Season to taste.
