Casserole: Make Ahead Potatoes

12 large potatoes, boiled and peeled
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup butter, melted
paprika to taste
Recipe
Combine cooked potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese and onion powder; mash until fluffy. Add small amount of milk if needed. Spread in buttered 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate or freeze until needed. When ready to use, drizzle melted butter over top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
