    Roasted: Potatoes Roasted w/ Garlic & Rosemary

    List of Ingredients

    4 medium baking potatoes, peeled
    1/4 cup olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
    1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then crosswise into 1" thick pieces. In a 13x9" baking dish, stir together the oil, garlic and rosemary, and bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and bake, uncovered, turning occasionally, until tender and crispy brown, about 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with salt. Serve hot or at room temperature; can squeeze garlic cloves out of their skins and eat them with the potatoes. Serves 4.
