8 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed -- (8 to 10)
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 cups shredded chedar
8 ounces sour cream (1 cup)
onion powder
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Place potatoes in a saucepan & cover with water. Bring to a boil: cover & cook until almost tender. Drain & cool. Combine soup, cheese, sour cream, onion, powder, salt & pepper; stir in potatoes. Place in a greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until heated through.
