Potatoes with Parsley Butter

20 small red potatoes
3 tablespoons parsley -- chopped
3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
If small, cook whole; if potatoes are golfball size of larger, should be halved. Cook potatoes in salted water to cover, until they are tender. Melt butter in pan, add parsley and cooked potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6.
