8 medium potatoes, cut, boiled and mashed
3/4 stick butter
1 cup grated Romano cheese
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tablespoon grated nutmeg

In a large mixing bowl, mash together the potatoes, butter, Romano cheese, milk and nutmeg. Yield: 4 servings.
