Seasoned Potatoes

4 large white potatoes, scrubbed
1 small yellow onion
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 dash black pepper
1 dash paprikaRecipe
Peel the potatoes if you wish, and slice into 1/8-inch slices. Slice the onion thinly and separate into rings. Place the potatoes in a large covered casserole dish and lay the onions over them. Season with a few sprinkles of soy sauce, some black pepper, and a little paprika. Cover and bake in a 350ºF oven for 45-50 minutes, or microwave on high for 10-15 minutes. (Can also use medium red potatoes, not peeled, and cook in microwave for 10 minutes.)
