    Amish Country Cookbook Vol III

    1 cup water
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups instant potatoes
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 egg

    Recipe



    Heat water and add butter and salt. Remove from heat and add potatoes, milk and sour cream, then stir in egg. Drop by rounded tablespoons into hot skillet using about 2 tbl. butter. Fry until golden brown.
