Casserole: Sour Cream Potatoes

1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon onion
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
9 cooked potatoes, grated
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
Recipe
Mix together all but 2 tbl. butter and cornflakes. Combine butter and cornflakes and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350ºF uncovered for 1 hour. You can substitute cottage cheese or yogurt for part of sour cream.
