Bacon Chive Rice

3 slices bacon, diced
3 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbl. Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
Cook bacon until crisp. Add rice, chives, and seasonings. Blend well and heat thoroughly.
Original poster's notes:
Chives are in, no chives on hand I have used green onion or even yellow onion finely chopped. Bacon is a real plus, I have also used in place of bacon, finely chopped ham, left over steak or chicken. In place of worcestershire sauce I use soy sauce. Beat a few eggs , add salt and pepper and fry into cakes, then slice them thin and add it to the rice. Also try adding pre-cooked peas or green pepper finely chopped. For a change I have added grated carrots.
