Three Cheeses and Rice Bake

List of Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup skim milk
8 ounces fat free cream cheese
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups hot cooked rice
1/2 teaspoon paprikaRecipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with butter flavor cooking spray. In large skillet, combine mushroom soup, milk, cream cheese and cheddar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, til mix is smooth and cheeses are melted. Stir in 1 tsp parsley and Parmesan cheese. Add mushrooms and rice. Mix well to combine, then pour into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle remaining parsley and paprika over top. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Place baking dish on wire rack and let set 2-3 minutes before serving. Cut into 4 servings.
