    Mediterranean Orzo with Pesto

    16 ounces Orzo pasta
    7 ounces prepared pesto sauce
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained -- halved
    3/4 cup whole pitted small olives, drained
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine pasta, sauce, cheese and red pepper flakes in large bowl. Stir in artichokes, olives and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Serves 8-10.
