1 16 ounce whole kernel corn, drained
16 ounces cream corn, undrained
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs
8 ounces corn muffin mix
1 cup yogurt or sour creamRecipe
Combine all with mixer until moistened. Spoon into greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350ºF for one hour or until golden brown.
