Peach Pecan Cornbread Dressing

1 1/4 cups water
1 cup chicken broth
8 ounces cornbread stuffing mix
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup cut up dried peaches
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Heat oven to 375ºF. Spray a 2 quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. In large saucepan, bring water and broth to a boil. Stir in all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon dressing into sprayed casserole; cover. Bake at 375ºF for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 6.
