Cranberry & Bacon Stuffing

List of Ingredients
8 oz Smoked bacon - diced
1 lrg Onion, chopped
8 oz Fresh breadcrumbs
3 tbl Fresh parsley, thyme, and rosemary
3 tbl Dried, sweetened cranberries
1 Free range egg
Recipe
Fry the bacon in its own fat until browned. Add the onion and a splash of oil if needed, cook until softened and add the remaining ingredients, mix everything together and season well . Cool before using . Chill until needed.
