9 squares sweet cooking chocolate
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
2 or more ripe bananas
1 cup crisp sweetened rice cerealRecipe
Place chocolate in microwave 1 minute on high. Stir. Heat until almost melted, about 30 seconds. Add peanut butter. Stir until melted. Dip or roll bananas in chocolate, coating bananas in cereal. Freeze until firm, at least a few hours. Cut bananas in 1/2" slices before serving.
