    Popcorn: Coffee Butterscotch Popcorn Balls

    List of Ingredients

    1 package butterscotch morsels (6 oz)
    1/4 cup corn syrup
    3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
    1 tablespoon boiling water
    5 cups popped popcorn

    Recipe

    Combine morsels and corn syrup over hot (not boiling)water, stirring until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Combine coffee granules and boiling water; stir till coffee dissolves. Add to butterscotch mixture. Add popped corn; mix till well coated. Grease hand with vegetable shortening. Form coated popcorn into small balls.
