List of Ingredients

1 package refrigerator biscuits
20 slices pepperoni sausage
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Recipe

Combine all cheeses in a small bowl, set aside. Take refrigerator biscuits out of package. Cut each biscuit in half to make 20 biscuits. Roll each biscuit into an oval shape 2 1/2 x 4 inches. Put pepperoni slice on each dough center. Add a spoonful of cheese mixture. Fold dough over to enclose filling. Pinch edges. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350ºF oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm. Can serve with warm pasta sauce for dipping.
