Nuts: Salted Nuts

List of Ingredients

2 cups nuts
2 tablespoons butter
salt


Recipe

Place nuts in shallow pan with butter. Bake at 350ºF for 1/2 hour. Stir occasionally. Bake til lightly browned. Remove pan and sprinkle with salt. Drain on paper towel, changing towel after about 3 minutes. When cool, store in airtight bag.
