2 eggs
1 Tb sugar
1 1/2 c milk
6 slices bread
1 Tb butter
maple syrup

Beat the eggs in a small mixing bowl until light and fluffy and add the milk and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Heat a griddle or frying pan to medium high and melt butter on the surface. Dip bread into the egg mixture and brown on the griddle. Turn the toast once to cook the other side and serve at once. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
