Main Dish: Broiled Marinated Flank Steak

1 lb Flank steak (1 to 1 1/2)
2 Tb prepared mustard
2 Tb red wine
2 Tb Worcestershire sauce
2 Tb lemon juice
Recipe
Place the steak and other ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate for 30-60 mimutes. Then, remove the steak from the bag draining off excess liquid. Place the steak on a rack in a small broiler pan and broil on each side for about 5 minutes, brushing with the marinade. To serve, cut the steak into thin diagonal slices aginst the grain and serve with rice or baked potatoes.
