8 ounces chicken flavor stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted (1/2 cup)
3 pounds cooked chicken, cut up
4 ounces sour cream (1 cup)
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups chicken broth
Recipe
Mix melted butter with stuffing. Put 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Add all of chicken in a layer. Pour 1 c. broth over chicken and stuffing. Mix sour cream, soup, and 1 c. broth; pour over chicken and stuffing. Top with rest of stuffing. Bake at 350¼F for 30-45 minutes.
