    Snack: Chickpea Salad Spread

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups cooked or canned garbanzos (chick peas)
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 cups chopped celery
    seasoning to taste

    Recipe

    Mash chickpeas and cream cheese together until all chickpeas are at least broken in half. Stir in cottage cheese and celery. Season to taste. Chill; thin with milk if needed. Can add in curry powder or dillweed as desired. Use as spread for breads, bagels, crackers, or as a dip for veggies or chips.
