6 single serve graham shells
2 cups sliced bananas (2 medium)
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
2/3 cup dry milk
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
6 tablespoons cool whip
2 teaspoons flaked coconut
Recipe
Evenly divide sliced bananas among graham cracker shells. In medium bowl, mix dry pudding and dry milk. Add water and coconut extract; mix well using wire whisk. Spoon mix evenly over bananas. In small bowl, combine cool whip and flaked coconut. Evenly garnish each tart with cool whip mix. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
