Dessert: Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits

List of Ingredients

3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup thawed cool whip whipped topping
2 cups cold milk
1 package jell-o chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling (4-serving size)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts


Recipe

STIR 3 tablespoons milk into peanut butter in medium bowl until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. POUR 2 cups milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Alternately spoon whipped topping mixture and pudding into 6 parfait glasses. REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Sprinkle with peanuts. Makes 6 servings
