List of Ingredients
1/2 lb stew meat
1 can carrots drained
2 sm potatoes quartered
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbl Italian herbs
2 cup water
Recipe
Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Add water and turn crock pot on LOW for 8 to 9 hours. Thicken with a mixture of flour and a little cold water, if desired. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with biscuits.This recipe yields 1 servings.
