    Dessert: Cream Cheese Delight

    List of Ingredients

    LAYER 1:
    1/2 cup butter , softened
    1 cup flour
    1 cup chopped pecans

    LAYER 2:
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 cup powdered sugar
    8 ounces cool whip, thawed

    LAYER 3:
    1 large box instant chocolate pudding, prepared per package directions for making a pie

    TOPPING:
    cool whip, chopped pecans

    Recipe

    In a 13x9x2" baking dish mix butter, flour and pecans. Press down in bottom to make crust. Bake at 400¼F for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 oz of cool whip in a bowl. Spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding as directed for pie. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with some chopped nuts. Let chill for at least one hour.
