Recipe
Place the eggs in a small pan and cover them with salted water. Bring the water to a boil. From the time the water is at a rolling boil, cook for 3 minuts 15 seconds. Remove the pan from the stove, pour out the hot water and run cold water over the eggs. Remove them from the pan, one by one, dry themoff and cut each egg in half with a table knife. Scoop the insides out and place in a serving bowl. Serve with toast or buttered toast cut into small croutons.
