Salad: Fruited Honey Rice Salad

List of Ingredients
3 3/4 cups rice, cooked
16 ounces canned fruit cocktail, syrup undrained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)
Recipe
In large bowl, combine cooled rice with fruit and syrup, marshmallows, honey and sour cream. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Garnish with chopped nuts, if desired.
