Main Dish: Ham and Cheese Calzone

1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheese (your favorite kind)
2 Roma tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350¼F. Unroll the dough and cut in half along long edge. Cut tomatoes in half and squeeze to get seeds out. Once seeded, chop the tomatoes up. In a bowl combine the ham, cheese and tomatoes. Onto the dough rectangles, mound the ham and cheese mixture off center. Fold the dough over to make a pocket and seal the edges well. Place dough packets onto a baking sheet covered with foil (nonstick foil works great). Cut a few small slits into tops of each calzone so steam can escape while cooking. Bake at 350¼F for 15-20 minutes or until browned.
