1 bagel, sliced in half
tomato sauce
finely grated mozzarella cheese
garlic powder
oregano
grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
Halve the bagel. Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and seasonings. Top with a little more tomato sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake on baking sheet at 350ºF for 10 -15 minutes until cheese is melted. Can make ahead and reheat in toaster oven or microwave.
