Dessert: Lowfat Mocha Cheesecake

2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
1 package chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup cold brewed coffee
1 Keebler chocolate pie crust
3 3/8 cups cool whip
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons sugar twin
1 tablespoon miniature chocolate chips
Recipe
In medium bowl, stir cream cheese. Add dry pudding and milk powder, and coffee. Mix well using wire whisk. Spread mix evenly into piecrust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. In small bowl, combine cool whip lite, vanilla extract, cocoa, and sugar. Spread mix evenly over cheesecake. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over top. Refrigerate til ready to serve.
