Main Dish: Easy Roast Beef and Gravy

1 roast (3-5 lb.)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup Recipe
Place roast in large piece of heavy foil. Empty soup mix over meat, add soup. Close foil over top of meat. Cook at 300-350¼F about 45 minutes per pound.
Buny's note.. you can also make this in an oven bag and throw in some cut up veggies.. just follow directions on the oven cooking bag.
