Main Dish: Easy Student's Lemon Chicken

List of Ingredients
3 whole chicken breasts
flour
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 large onion, chopped
butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
juice of 1 large lemon
salt and pepper to taste Recipe
Cut the chicken into 2cm size pieces then dip them in flour. In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat then add garlic and onion. Cook until onion has softened a little. Add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown. Add can of soup and stir. Add lemon juice and stir. Add seasonings for personal taste. If too thick add a little water or milk. Serve over rice or pasta with salad or cooked vegetables. Serves 4-5.
