1 can of tuna
1 boiled potato
1 piece of Cacique (Mexican) fresh cheese (to taste)
Garlic salt (to taste)
1 cup oil (doesn't matter which kind)
1 chopped tomato (optional)
Shredded lettuce (optional)
10 tortillas (approx.)Recipe
Smash the boiled potato (without the peel) and add the tuna, cheese, and garlic salt, mix well. Warm up the tortillas and fill each one with a tablespoon of the mixture and fold them in half. In a frying pan pour in the oil and let it warm up. When ready, fry the tacos until each side is golden and crispy. To make them tastier stuff them with chopped tomato and shredded lettuce.
