    Microwave Sweet Baked Apples

    Using a knife, gentle take the core and seeds out of your favorite kind of apple (Granny Smith apples work great in this recipe). Place the apple on a microwave-safe plate so that it stands up. Fill the hole you just made with a mixture of half a teaspoon of cinnamon, one tablespoon of butter and one and a half tablespoons of brown sugar. Heat for one and a half minutes in your microwave for a delicious sweet treat
