4 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
2 Tb butter
salt and pepper
Recipe
Chop the onion and green pepper. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onions and green pepper. Cook until soft and add the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook, covered, over medium low heat until the potatoes are soft.
