Sweets: Better Than Candy Pie

List of Ingredients
1 cup diced banana
1 Keebler chocolate piecrust
1/4 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3/4 cup cool whip lite
2 2 1/2" chocolate graham crackers crushed
Recipe
Layer bananas in bottom of piecrust; sprinkle with 2 Tbl.peanuts. In large bowl, combine dry pudding, dry milk and water. Mix well using whisk, then blend in peanut butter til mix is smooth. Pour pudding mix evenly over banana and peanuts. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Spread cool whip evenly over set filling. In small bowl combine remaining 2 tbl. peanuts and cracker crumbs; evenly sprinkle over top of pie. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into 8 servings. Hint: to prevent bananas from browning, mix with 1 tsp lemon juice.
