    Ribs: Chipotle Baby Back Ribs

    List of Ingredients

    4 pounds baby back pork ribs
    6 quarts water
    2 tablespoons seasoning salt
    4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon hickory liquid smoke flavoring
    1 1/2 tablespoons Chipotle rub
    2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce

    Recipe

    Bring water, seasoning salt, Worcestershire and liquid smoke to boil, add ribs and reduce to simmer for 1 1/2 hours until tender. Let cool for about 5 minutes and pull off back fat. Lightly coat ribs with cooking oil and rub with chipotle seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Place on grill and brown both sides. Put thin coat of BBQ sauce on both sides and cook until ribs start to brown. Continue method of applying BBQ sauce and browning for approx. 6 times on each side. Brown ribs to desired darkness and serve immediately.

    Chipotle Rub
    2 tablespoons kosher salt
    1 tablespoon ground black pepper
    2 teaspoons Chipotle powder
    2 teaspoons granulated garlic
    1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
    1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon paprika
