Sweets: Chocoholic Brownies *

Very dense, dark and chocolate.
List of Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter
4 ounces baking chocolate
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons freeze-dried coffee granules
1/4 cup dark rum
1/4 cup dark molasses
1 cup flour
28 ounces chocolate chips
Recipe
Melt the butter and baking chocolate together in microwave about 3 minutes til melted, then stir well to mix. Set aside to cool. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Spray a 9x13 pan with PAM, then line with two sheets of foil. Spray foil with Pam also. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs til light; add the sugar, salt, coffee (dissolved in the rum), and molasses Beat to mix, then add flour and beat til mixed. Add the cooled chocolate/butter mixture and mix until uniform. Add 8 oz of the chocolate. Stir until just mixed. Spread out the mix into prepared pan; smooth into uniform mixture. Top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake about 50-60 minutes, until firm and starting to pull away from sides. Watch carefully at end.. remove before burns. Cool, then chill. Cut into 36 squares.
