List of Ingredients

2 packages crescent rolls
16 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg, separated
1 teaspoon almond extract

TOPPING:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sliced almonds


Recipe

Spread one pkg. crescent rolls in 9 x 13 pan. Mix cheese, sugar, almond extract, and egg yolk until smooth and spread over crescent rolls. Layer 2nd pkg. crescent rolls over cheese mixture. Beat egg white until frothy and spread over top.Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of egg white. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
