7 ounces crabmeat, rinse and drain
1 stick softened margarine
1 5 ounces jar old english sharp cheddar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
12 english muffins, sliced in half
Recipe
Mix all ingredients except muffins. Spread on muffin halves. Cut into fourths. Freeze at least 30 minutes or overnight (covered). Preheat broiler. Remove from freezer and broil until they puff up, are bubbly and slightly brown. Serve hot.
