    Veggies: Grilled Corn on the Cob

    List of Ingredients

    6 ears of Washington-grown corn shucked
    4 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
    1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
    6 each 12-by-12 inch pieces of aluminum foil

    Recipe

    Clean corn. Whip butter and add all other ingredients to the butter. Coat corn with butter mixture. Wrap corn with aluminum foil. Place corn on hot grill and turn every 4 minutes for a total of 20 minutes. When done unwrap and serve immediately.
