    Pork: Hoisin Pork Wraps

    List of Ingredients

    2 lb. boneless pork roast ; (trim fat)
    7 TBS hoisin sauce
    1 1/2 TBS grated ginger root
    1 1/2 tsp Chinese Five-spice powder
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1 sm. can water chestnuts, chopped
    10 flour tortillas
    3 cups shredded lettuce
    1/2 cup sliced green onion
    2 cups grated carrot optional
    15 oz. mandarin oranges drained

    Recipe

    Place roast in slow cooker. Combine hoisin sauce, ginger, 5 spice powder and garlic. Spread mixture over pork.
    Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. About 15 minutes before serving, heat oven to 300 degrees.

    Wrap tortillas in foil and warm 10-15 minutes. Remove pork from slow cooker.

    Shred pork with 2 forks; return to cooker. Add water chestnuts and carrots. Mix well. Serve warm in tortillas with lettuce, onions, and mandarin oranges. Roll up!

    May also wrap in lettuce, as a lettuce wrap.
