Meatball: Cocktail Beer Balls

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1 cup beer
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar Recipe
Form ground beef into balls the size of walnuts. In a large skillet, brown the meat balls, removing them from skillet as they brown. In same skillet, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Add meat balls; simmer for 2 hours.Transfer to a chafing dish and serve warm.
