8 Slices of Bacon
8 Ears of Corn on the Cob
1/4 Cup Chili Powder
Recipe
Wrap a bacon slice around each ear of corn. Place on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with chili powder and wrap in foil. Cook, covered with grill lid, over medium hot coals ( 350-400 F ) 15 to 20 Minutes, turning once. Serves 8.
