1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion chopped
3 (16oz) cans mexican style chili beans undrained
1 (16oz) can whole kernel corn undrained
1 (16oz) can chopped tomatoes undrained
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 (4.5oz) can chopped green chilis
1 (1 1/4oz) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (1oz) envelope Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
toppings: tortilla chips, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, chopped avocado. Recipe
Cook ground beef and onion in a large Dutch-oven over medium-high heat until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles; drain. Stir in beans, and next 7 ingredients.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Serve with desired toppings.
Note: Taco Soup may be frozen up to 3 months
