Sweets: Lemon Crumb Bars

1 package lemon or yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter softened
1 egg + 3 yolks
2 cups fine crushed saltines
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice Recipe
In large mixing bowl, beat cake mix, butter and 1 egg until crumbly. Stir in saltine crumbs. Reserve 2 c. crumb mixture; press remaining crumbs on bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Beat egg yolks, milk and lemon juice with mixer. Spread over prepared crust. Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until set. Cool and cut into bars. Store covered in fridge. Yield: 24-36 bars.
