List of Ingredients
bamboo skewers
1 pkg. Ramen
2 qt. chicken stock
fresh mushrooms, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. sticky rice
a wok
assorted vegetables cut into
bite-size pieces*
Sauces: ketchup, soy sauce,
pineapple, mustard, brown
sugar and vinegar mustard

1 chicken
1 lb. round steak
1 lb. pork roast
Cut the meats into bite-size pieces and marinate in three separate bowls with teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar mixture overnight.
Cook rice and serve one bowl to each person. One plate is filled with dabs of the sauces and provided for each person. Bring chicken stock to boil. Each person skewers meat and vegetables and holds the skewer in the stock until done. Dab skewer in rice in bowl, then dab in sauce. Eat. When all the meat and vegetables are eaten, then each person eats the now seasoned rice. Then the chicken stock flavored with the meats and vegetables is eaten.
Chicken stock: salt, pepper, garlic, fresh, chopped mushrooms and Ramen.
