Quick Beef Noodle Casserole

2 pkg. beef Ramen noodle soup mix
2 cans beef noodle soup, condensed
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (20 oz. or 24 oz.) bag mixed vegetables, frozen
salt, pepper or creole seasoning to tasteRecipe
Scramble fry ground beef in skillet until done. Drain off excess grease. Prepare Ramen soup mix as per directions in 5 quart pot (4 cups water, crush noodles and seasoning packs). After noodles boil a few minutes, add beef noodle soup, adding only 1/2 can water each. Stir and add bag of mixed vegetables. Add cooked ground beef. Stir and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
Note: The longer it simmers, the thicker it gets. Serves 8 to 12. Cost approximately 50 cents per serving.
